Navigate to Dashboard → Wallet → Withdraw. Enter your bank account details and the withdrawal amount. Funds are typically processed within 24–48 business hours. Note: you must be a verified seller to make withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal is ₦500.
If you paid via Otta's escrow system and the item is not as described, was never delivered, or the seller is unresponsive, you may open a dispute within 7 days of the transaction. Our team investigates within 72 hours and issues a full refund if the claim is valid. Always transact through the platform for buyer protection.
